English: A Foundation to Build Upon
English is the principal language of instruction at FIS. It unifies our diverse student community and builds a learning environment on common ground. In addition to English, most of our students become fluent in one or two additional languages. English is
the foundation of our educational program, offering a universal language from which to prepare our students to be active leaders in the international community. FIS enrolls more native English speaking students than any other German international school.
